Erik's primary area of practice is focused on the representation of financial institutions in senior and mezzanine capital market loan transactions, syndications, equity participations, and credit facilities. In addition, Erik has broad-based experience in the representation of real estate developers in the purchase, sale, and lease of mixed use, residential, and retail real estate.

Represented lender in $32 million mezzanine loan transaction, involving the acquisition, development, and creation of a condominium regime in Jacksonville, Florida
Represented portfolio lender in $75 million term loan transaction, involving the cross collateralization of 18 mixed use properties located in New York
Represented lender in the syndication of a $49 million senior loan secured by a luxury rental apartment complex located in Virginia
Represented lender in $23 million loan to prominent Manhattan cooperative, coupled with a $5 million extension of credit secured solely by the co-op's reserve account
