Barry focuses on commercial litigation and problem loan resolution (asset-based and real estate), with an overall emphasis on creditors’ rights.

Barry has extensive civil litigation and appellate experience in state and federal courts. His litigation practice includes the representation of creditors in the recovery of loans and other commercial claims, as well as commercial real estate litigation, with an emphasis on landlord–tenant matters. Barry’s numerous successes include defending an importer from patent redress action and defending a Massachusetts financial institution in a New York action to enjoin payment of a Letter of Credit.

Barry also focuses his practice on managing major institutional clients and private investors in connection with the acquisition, maintenance, workout and litigation of loan pools.
