Meegan concentrates her practice on the representation of institutions, businesses, and individuals in all levels of the Massachusetts and Federal court systems. Meegan's cases include primarily commercial and banking matters involving the enforcement of loan arrangements, breaches of commercial contracts, business torts, insurance, environmental issues, and claims for unfair and deceptive trade practices. Meegan also represents creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and fraudulent transfers proceedings and represents Chapter 7 Trustees in bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
