Representative Transactions

• Represented the agent and lender in a $10 million term loan to a life sciences company
• Represented the lender in a $6 million revolving line to an investment firm and a separate $14 million term loan to its investment fund to finance its acquisition of a portfolio company
• Represented the lender in a $1 million term loan to a technology company to finance the purchase of equipment
• Represented the lender in separate revolving lines totaling $80 million to parallel investment funds
