David Ephraim is a senior partner in the firm's Banking and Finance Department.
David practices in the areas of commercial finance and corporate law. He represents banks, other institutional lenders, debt and equity funds, commercial finance companies, mezzanine funds, second lien funds, and various other non-bank lenders. David represents clients in all aspects of commercial lending, including asset-based financing, second lien financing, mezzanine financing, receivables financing, real estate financing, general secured lien financing, international financing transactions, syndications, loan restructurings, and workouts. He also represents clients in secondary market purchases of debt and equity.
David has a nationally recognized expertise in financing transactions in the areas of technology, life sciences, and venture financing and is also a frequent speaker on venture debt and lending to technology companies. David represents a number of private companies in a variety of commercial and contractual matters.
