Representative Transactions

• Represented lender in a $50 million revolving line facility, $10.5 million letter of credit facility, and $10 million non-recourse accounts receivable purchase facility with a public company in the technology industry
• Represented senior lender in a U.S. Dollar and British Pounds Sterling revolving line multi-borrower facility involving U.S., U.K, and Canadian companies
• Represented agent and lender in a $20 million senior term loan facility to finance the acquisition of a travel services company
• Represented subordinated lender in a $10 million term loan facility
• Represented lender in a $15 million term loan facility with U.S., British Virgin Islands, and Bermudian obligors
• Represented co-lender in a $35 million syndicated term loan facility and revolving line facility with a public company in the life sciences industry
• Represented investor in a multi-investor convertible debt financing
• Represented lender in a revolving line facility and term loan facility with co-borrowers and a secured guarantee from an Israeli subsidiary
