Patrick's practice encompasses a wide range of secured and unsecured lending transactions and focuses on representing commercial banks and other lending institutions in financing transactions with companies in the areas of venture capital, technology, and life sciences.

Representative Transactions

• $475 million secured borrowing base revolver to a multinational toy retailer
• $11 million senior secured borrowing base revolver and equipment-acquisition financing to a publicly held high tech company
• $8 million secured term loan acquisition financing to an investment firm
• $4.5 million senior secured revolving bridge loan for capital calls to a Small Business Investment Company and parallel investment fund
