Dawn concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of corporate finance and commercial lending. She represents commercial banks and other major lending institutions in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of all types of asset-based financing, large syndicated credit facilities and real estate financing.

Representative Transactions

• Represented the agent in a $225 million multi-lender senior portfolio facility to assist in the restructuring of a real estate holding company with approximately 250 commercial properties
• Counsel to the agent in a $225 million multi-lender term and revolving credit facility to assist in the acquisition of a major league baseball team
• Represented the agent in a $350 million multi-lender revolving credit facility to finance the working capital needs of a major national retail store conglomerate
• Represented the agent in a $100 million multi-lender senior portfolio facility to provide financing for a Real Estate Investment Trust, secured by 17 retail centers
