Rick's specialty is in the representation of institutional lenders in the structuring, documenting, and working out of complex lending transactions, including asset-based loans and debtor-in-possession financings.

He has been lecturer in law at the Boston University School of Law and active on various professional committees. In addition, Rick has been a panelist in numerous programs on a wide range of subjects, ranging from senior financing to international commercial financing, commercial workouts, blanket liens, Revised UCC Ariticle 9, and debtor-in-possession financings.
