Jaime's practice is focused on financing for commercial lenders with particular emphasis on asset-based and cash flow transactions. She represents commercial banks and other financial institutions in single-lender and multi-lender transactions, including negotiating and documenting financing of working capital for manufacturers, companies engaging in the sale of retail merchandise, and other industries.

Representative Transactions

• Represented the agent in a $150 million multi-lender revolving credit facility to finance the acquisition and working capital needs of a major grocery store chain
• Represented the agent in a $38.75 million multi-lender revolving credit and term loan facility to finance the acquisition of and provide working capital funding to a luggage manufacturer
• Represented the agent in a $120 million multi-lender revolving credit and term loan facility to finance the acquisition of a major ski and recreation area
• Represented the agent in a $75 million revolving credit facility to provide working capital funding to a major national retail women's clothing chain
• Represented the lender in a $31 million revolving credit and term loan facility to provide financing for a manufacturer of insulation materials
