Denise represents financial institutions, corporations, REITS, and other institutional clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including commercial real estate financing (with an emphasis on construction lending) and acquisitions and sales. Denise’s experience includes the representation of the administrative agent in multi-lender real estate construction financings both on a regional and national scale. Denise also represents institutions buying or selling office complexes across the country.

Representative Transactions

• Represented the purchaser in the acquisition of a $212 million office tower located in New York City and the closing of a $160 million Tranche A and Tranche B senior securitized acquisition financing and a $30 million mezzanine financing
• Represented the lender in a $26 million construction loan for the renovation of a building on Wall Street in downtown New York City to be converted into condominiums, involving federal historic tax credits
• Represented the seller in the sale of a $245 million office complex in Los Angeles, California
• Represented the agent in a $47.5 million multi-lender senior construction financing of a condominium in the West Village in downtown New York City
• Represented the agent in a $29.6 million multi-lender senior construction loan and an $8 million mezzanine loan for the construction of a condominium in Soho, New York
• Represented the agent in a $168 million multi-lender construction loan involving the construction of a shopping mall in Florida and the conversion of said construction loan into a permanent loan
