Michael focuses his practice in the area of commercial real estate lending transactions. He represents a variety of financial institutions and other institutional clients in connection with single-lender as well as agented, multi-lender construction, mezzanine and permanent financing projects on a local, regional and national basis for retail, residential, office and industrial properties.

Represented the agent in a $210 million construction loan for the conversion of a New York City hotel into a cooperative apartment building
Represented the agent in a $40 million construction loan for the construction of two hotel properties in Virginia
Represented the agent in a $240 million loan for the acquisition and renovation of a New York City hotel property
Represented the lender in a $12.7 million construction loan for the construction of a multi-tenant apartment building in New York
