• Represented lender in $10 million revolving line and term loan facility with an online career-building service company
• Represented lender in $23 million and $6 million revolving bridge loans for capital calls to investment funds
• Represented lender in $6.25 million loan facility with domestic and Irish obligors
• Represented lender in $2.5 million revolving line facility with a software company
• Represented developer in the $200 million acquisition of an office and research and development campus in suburban Massachusetts
• Represented developers in the acquisition, financing, and development of mixed-use condominium projects in Boston and suburban Massachusetts
• Represented client in the sale of multi-family residential properties in Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Oklahoma
