Bethany specializes in commercial real estate, including representing clients in connection with the acquisition, development, leasing and financing of commercial properties. Bethany has substantial experience reviewing and advising concerning real estate and title insurance issues.

In addition, Bethany works with closely held corporations and other small businesses representing them on general business matters, including contract negotiations, leasing matters, and asset purchase agreements.

Bethany previously was in-house counsel to a real estate title company where she addressed and resolved complex title and conveyancing issues.

Extensive participation in title review and resolution of title issues for $800 million commercial mortgage backed securities loan to a retail company secured by liens on 135 properties in 29 states
Extensive participation in title review and resolution of title issues for $750 million multi-lender senior portfolio facility to assist in the restructuring of a real estate holding company with approximately 190 commercial properties
Representation of a commercial and retail real estate developer in connection with leasing and financing of commercial property
