Bill focuses his practice on real property development, zoning, land-use and environmental permitting, and associated regulatory matters, as well as all aspects of commercial real estate, leasing, and condominiums. He regularly appears before state and local permit granting authorities and regulatory bodies throughout Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Riemer & Braunstein, Bill served as special real estate counsel to a major transportation authority, providing legal support to some of the largest, most sophisticated real estate and construction projects in New England. Bill also acted as municipal counsel to a number of communities related to real estate and zoning matters.

Bill volunteers for a number of community organizations and has served as a member of his town’s Finance Committee, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Historic District Commission.
