Steve specializes in litigation. His practice encompasses a variety of areas, including business, commercial and financial disputes, matters involving real property, premises liability claims and products liability claims. Steve works with commercial lenders, financial institutions, other corporations, and individuals whose matters involve both state and federal issues. Steve frequently appears in the Superior and District Courts of the Commonwealth on behalf of his clients. His work covers all aspects of litigation, including alternative dispute resolution.

Worked with international financial institution, assisting their successful efforts in opposition to attempts to enjoin planned foreclosure sale of 224 unit luxury waterfront condominium complex
Successfully enforced secured lender’s rights under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code in Massachusetts Superior Court
Successfully argued on behalf of defendant product manufacturer before three member arbitration panel in products liability dispute involving claims of product defect and breach of implied warranty of merchantability, obtaining result of no liability
