Steve focuses his practice in the area of commercial real estate transactions. He represents financial institutions in connection with single-lender and agented, multi-lender construction, mezzanine and permanent financing projects of local and national scope. Steve also represents buyers and sellers of office buildings, retail centers, industrial complexes and residential developments. Additionally, Steve represents commercial landlords and corporate tenants in connection with office, retail, and industrial leasing transactions.
