Marjorie's practice is focused on commercial real estate and asset-based financing for commercial lenders. She represents financial institutions in single-lender and multi-lender transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting construction and permanent financing of retail shopping centers, office developments, and other projects.

Representative Transactions

• Represented the agent in a $800 million multi-lender revolving credit facility to finance the working capital needs of a major national retail store conglomerate
• Represented the agent in a $500 million multi-lender revolving credit facility to finance the working capital needs of a major national electronics retail store conglomerate
• Represented the agent in a $125 million multi-lender senior portfolio facility to provide financing for a Real Estate Investment Trust, secured by 16 retail centers
