Dorothy's practice focuses on representing various financial institutions in single-lender and multi-lender commercial real estate transactions, including construction and development projects, both locally and nationally. Prior to joining Riemer & Braunstein, Dorothy represented financial institutions in all manner of commercial real estate financing transactions with a New York City law firm for nearly six years. Dorothy also worked for several years in commercial real estate lending administration for a major U.S. national bank.

  • Representation of the agent in a $156 million syndicated loan for the construction of a 43-story apartment complex located in Washington
  • Representation of the agent in a $150 million syndicated loan for the construction of two Class A life-science buildings located in Massachusetts
  • Representation of the lender in a $55 million loan for the construction of a 187-unit student housing complex located in Florida
  • Representation of the agent in a $76 million loan for the construction of a 180-unit residential apartment building located in California
