Tom focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance, including the representation of financial institutions in both single-lender and multi-lender commercial real estate financing transactions. Tom also has considerable experience in real estate and commercial leasing matters.

• Representation of the agent in a $86 million syndicated loan involving the redevelopment of an office building into a mixed-use residential/retail building in New York
• Representation of the agent in a $150 million syndicated revolver loan secured by property in six states
• Representation of the lender in a $42.5 million loan involving the redevelopment of a retail building in Illinois
• Representation of the lender in a $18.15 million loan involving the construction of a medical office building in Arizona
• Representation of the agent in a $150 million mezzanine syndicated revolver loan
• Representation of landlords and tenants in a variety of leasing matters, including the representation of the landlord in the leasing of several one million plus square foot Class A office buildings in Illinois
