• Assisted in the representation of the lender in a $60.5 million real estate loan and a $79.6 million credit line loan involving the acquisition of multiple mixed-use properties located in New York
• Assisted in the representation of the agent in a $28 million loan involving the acquisition of two hotels located in New Jersey
