David's practice focuses on representing various financial institutions in single-lender and multi-lender commercial real estate transactions, including construction and development projects, both locally and nationally.

Prior to law school David practiced in public accounting with a "Big Four" accounting firm as a certified public accountant.

Representative Transactions

• Assisted in the representation of a lender in a $50 million loan for the construction of a hospital
• Assisted in the representation of a lender in making a $31 million loan for the acquisition of a New York City office building
