Matt represents various financial institutions in single-lender and syndicated multi-lender commercial real estate senior financing and mezzanine financing transactions. Such transactions include the construction and permanent financing of retail shopping centers, office and industrial parks, and mixed use development projects, both locally and nationally.

• $637 million syndicated real estate portfolio financing of 26 hotels throughout the United States
• $235 million permanent loan financing of a luxury hotel and retail project in Massachusetts
• $53 million syndicated construction financing for a luxury apartment complex in Massachusetts
• $36 million construction financing for restoring and repositioning a free-standing building in Los Angeles
• $43.3 million syndicated construction and term financing for a retail center in Ohio
• $46.4 million syndicated construction and term financing for a retail center in Rhode Island
• $57.5 million syndicated senior and mezzanine construction financing for the restoration and repositioning of an enclosed mall complex in Minnesota
• $120 million syndicated construction financing for an office building in Washington, D.C.
• $65.4 million construction financing for a retail center in Massachusetts
