She also represents real estate developers in the acquisition and development of commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial and warehouse facilities, and residential communities.

• Representation of the agent in a $307,755,000 syndicated construction loan for a commercial office building in Chicago, Illinois
• Representation of the agent in a $45,000,000 revolving credit facility for the acquisition by a REIT of medical office buildings throughout the United States
• Representation of the lender in the restructuring of a $52,500,000 credit facility involving seven borrowers and multiple properties in Illinois and California
• Coordinated and performed due diligence for the lender in a $375,000,000 retail revolving credit facility involving sixty properties in four states
• Representation of the lender in the restructuring of a $39,731,000 financing involving three borrowers and multiple properties in La Porte, Texas, including tax increment financing
• Representation of the lender in a $67,000,000 acquisition loan of three office buildings in Rosement, Illinois
• Representation of the developer in the acquisition of property in Phoenix, Arizona and the construction loan and mezzanine financing for the development of residential condominiums and retail shopping
• Representation of the REIT in a $36,320,000 loan for the securitized financing of three office buildings in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, as well as over $45,000,000 in other acquisition loans
• Representation of the lender in a $54,060,000 acquisition loan of two office buildings in Reston, Virginia, including a reverse 1031 exchange
