Chuck specializes in representing financial institutions in all aspects of lending, with an emphasis on asset-based loan arrangements. He represents numerous financial institutions, debt funds, and multi-bank syndicates in structuring, restructuring, and documenting domestic and international financing transactions. Chuck’s practice focuses on customers in the areas of technology, manufacturing, government defense, precious metals, medical and pharmaceutical firms, and nonprofit agencies.

In addition, Chuck represents various financial institutions and multi-bank syndicates in connection with creditors’ rights, problem loan restructurings, and workouts as counsel to secured creditors in asset loan-based loan arrangements, real estate loans, and other ventures. Chuck is a member of the firm's executive committee.

• $100 million senior secured working capital and real estate facility to a government defense contractor
• $110 million senior secured working capital and term facility to an international software services company
• $360 million working capital and aquisition facility to a global advisory and financial services company
• $75 million senior secured working capital facility to an international technology company
• $85 million restructuring of working capital and term facilities to a national retailer
• $110 million restructuring of working capital and term facilities to an automotive industry consultant
• $75 million senior secured working capital facility to a precious metals company
• $25 million loan facility to a local television broadcast station
• Represented lenders in connection with various senior secured working capital loans to public and privately held technology companies and Export-Import Bank financing for international business operations
