Lena concentrates her practice in the area of corporate lending, including cash flow and asset-based lending. She represents institutional lenders in structuring and documenting secured and unsecured single-lender and syndicated transactions. In addition to commercial finance practice, Lena has experience with respect to mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions.

Lena speaks fluent Russian and conversational French.

Representative Transactions

• Represented a national mutual fund in connection with investments in debt facilities and negotiation of intercreditor agreements
• Represented middle market corporation in connection with negotiation and closing of financing transactions
• Represented an investment bank on numerous offerings of mortgage-backed securities backed by Alt-A and prime mortgage loans
