Jennifer represents financial institutions, REITS, developers, corporations, and equity investors in all aspects of commercial real estate, including construction and permanent loan financing (single and multi-lender transactions), sales, acquisitions, leasing, and sale/leaseback transactions. Jennifer’s experience includes the representation of clients in real estate financing both in New York and in other areas across the country, with a particular emphasis on construction financing and development of retail office buildings and shopping complexes.

Representative Transactions

• Representation of the agent in multi-lender $53 million mezzanine facility to finance the acquisition of a pool of properties nationwide
• Representation of the developer in rehabilitation of 30+ hospitals nationwide in connection with $1.2 billion credit facility
• Representation of the agent in $150 million unsecured loan facility to major national REIT
• Representation of equity investor in sale/leaseback of power plant facility in Florida
• Representation of the lender in connection with $24 million multi-lender senior construction financing of residential apartment complex located in downtown New York City
• Representation of the agent in connection with $78 million senior construction financing of condominiums located in New York City
• Representation of an institutional client in financing of $27 million condominium conversion project in Houston, Texas
