- Represented administrative agent under a $52.5 million revolving and term loan credit facility
- Represented administrative agent under a $120 million revolving and term loan credit facility
- Represented administrative agent under a $139 million debtor-in-possession revolving credit facility
- Represented administrative agent in connection with: $120 million revolving credit facility, $160 million first lien term loan credit facility, and $50 million second lien term loan facility including negotiation of intercreditor agreement with holders of separate pools of collateral
- Represented administrative agent to a former subsidiary of large auto manufacturer in a $500 million term loan credit facility and $200 million revolving credit facility in connection with the company's emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy
- Represented administrative agent under a $105 million revolving credit facility in connection with the company's emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy including negotiation of intercreditor agreement with holders of separate pools of collateral
