The firm and its attorneys and employees donate substantial monies and considerable time and effort to charitable, community, and professional organizations. The firm has been recognized in each of the past four years as one of Greater Boston’s largest corporate charitable contributors by the Boston Business Journal. The firm’s aggregate cash contributions to charitable organizations over the four years ending 2009 substantially exceed $1,000,000.00. The firm is particularly involved in supporting organizations in the cities and towns in which its offices are located, and the firm has a particularly close relationship with many charities based in the Town of Burlington, Massachusetts, where the firm has had offices for over 35 years. In recognition of the activities by a deceased partner in the firm, the Burlington Community Scholarship Fund was renamed in memory of our late partner, Harold C. DuLong. The types of organizations which the firm supports financially covers a broad spectrum, including those focused on preventative health, the interests of children, education, and the arts.
