About Adam
Adam has experience drafting and revising real estate financing documents of commercial and residential properties, title commitments, loan and security agreements, and corporate documents. Adam has also advised institutional clients on bespoke co-investment transactions with real estate private equity sponsors, drafting related documents and conducting due diligence pertaining to high-value finance transactions.
Adam founded an asset management company during law school in order to pursue opportunities related to capital fundraising. He orchestrated a multinational bid to finance and build a hotel in Morocco, engaging with EBRD and other NGOs in the process, and also conducted bilingual negotiations with two premier hotel companies and government officials in pursuit of sponsorship.
