About David

David is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Finance, Real Estate/Business Law, and Land Use/Land Use Litigation Groups. His practice focuses on transactional real estate matters and on representing various financial institutions in single- and multi-lender commercial real estate transactions including construction and development projects. David has substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, deeds, easements and ground leases. Prior to joining Riemer & Braunstein, David was in-house counsel at a leading national wireless telecommunications infrastructure company, where his diverse transactional practice included acquisitions, leasing, permitting and development.

David also serves as an associate member of the Zoning Board of Appeals in Andover, Massachusetts.
