About Joshua

Joshua’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions in commercial real estate finance transactions. Prior to joining Riemer & Braunstein, Josh represented clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, secured financing, construction and development projects, and advised clients on complex title & survey matters. He also published the Note, Tesla’s Right to Rise, in the Transportation Law Journal, which was cited in an Amicus Curiae Brief that was granted Writ of Certiorari by the United States Supreme Court in 2020. 

Josh also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James A. Bonifant at the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland during the 2018-2019 term.
