Stephanie’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions in single-lender and multi-lender commercial real estate finance transactions. Prior to joining Riemer & Braunstein, Stephanie represented investors and developers in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage and mezzanine financings, joint ventures, and leasing matters.
