Ben’s practice focuses on commercial real estate finance transactions. He represents financial institutions in single-lender and agented, multi-lender real estate finance transactions with respect to construction, mezzanine, and permanent financing projects throughout the United States for hotels and resorts, office, retail, multifamily residential, industrial, and mixed use properties. Prior to joining Riemer & Braunstein, Ben represented clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and financing projects, and advised clients on the real estate aspects of M&A transactions.
