About Ellen
Ellen’s practice focuses on representing various financial institutions in both single-lender and agented, multi-lender real estate finance and commercial loans, including secured and unsecured borrowing base facilities for working capital and acquisitions, real estate construction facilities, and subscription secured lines.
Ellen also plays a key role in the coordination of our summer intern program in Boston.
