Katherine represents real estate lenders in connection with the origination, administration and modification of real estate secured loans. Her practice includes the representation of balance sheet lenders, life insurance companies, debt funds and CMBS lenders. She has experience originating term loans, bridge loans, construction loans, and mezzanine loans across a variety of assets including office, retail, industrial warehouse portfolios, storage facilities, residential apartments and hotels.
