Katherine represents lenders in multiple aspects of commercial real estate finance. Her experience includes representing lenders in loan origination, modification, restructuring, foreclosure, and other exercises of remedies. Her practice includes the representation of life insurance companies, debt funds, balance sheet and CMBS lenders. She has substantial experience in portfolio transactions, originating term loans, bridge loans, construction loans, and mezzanine loans across a variety of assets including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and hotels.
