About Kyle
Kyle is an experienced transactional attorney with a focus on New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC), state tax credits, and general corporate and structured financing transactions. Kyle represents major institutional investors, nonprofit organizations and for-profit developers, and community development entities (CDEs) and other lenders in a wide array of NMTC projects across the country.
Known for his thoughtful, practical approach, Kyle has closed hundreds of tax credit transactions in his career, including food banks, various types of medical and educational facilities, and countless other manufacturing projects. From initial transaction structuring through leading large working group calls to drafting and finalizing closing documents, Kyle uses his experience and skill to help his clients navigate the complexities of these programs in a timely, cost-effective manner.

MoreLess- Represented a national financial institution in dozens of New Markets Tax Credit financings throughout the country, including the expansion of a transformative chemical processing facility in Texas, the construction and leasing of several Boys and Girls Clubs facilities in the Southeastern United States, and the development of community initiatives such as food bank facilities, food rescue operations, and local health and workforce centers across the nation
- Represented a national financial institution and Community Development Entity (CDE) in connection with the renovation of a historic building in Philadelphia into office and other commercial space utilizing New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and other debt
