Lizbelle’s practice focuses on representing various financial institutions in commercial real estate finance transactions that utilize federal and state low-income housing tax credits and new markets tax credits. Lizbelle represents tax credit syndicators in multi-investor and proprietary fund offerings, institutional tax credit investors, and community development entities.
Lizbelle also has experience in representing various financial institutions in both single-lender and multi-lender real estate finance and commercial loans, including secured and unsecured borrowing base facilities and subscription secured lines.
