Matthew’s practice focuses on the representation of national banks and other institutional lenders in commercial real estate lending transactions. His practice consists in part of the structuring, negotiating and administering a wide array of financing transactions, including construction and term loans, asset-based facilities and other senior secured credit facilities, both locally and nationally.

MoreLess- Represented national bank in connection with the extension of a $48 million loan to an industrial paper supplier, which was secured by multiple mortgages against the manufacturing facilities of the borrower
- Represented financial institution in the negotiation and issuance of a credit agreement with a machine tool manufacturing company, secured by, among other things, mortgages against the industrial property of the borrower
- Represented real estate developer in connection with the structuring, negotiation and closing of a purchase money loan and mortgage to finance the acquisition of commercial property
