About Matthew
Matthew Burrows is an experienced real estate and commercial litigation attorney with a special emphasis on litigation arising from commercial loan enforcement and mortgage foreclosures.
Matt represents lenders and secured creditors in bankruptcy actions, enforcing creditors’ rights through litigation, workouts, foreclosure, replevin, and other recovery actions. He has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts, managing all aspects of litigation, including inquest hearings and trials, discovery, depositions, motions, and appellate practice.
