Michael focuses his practice in the area of commercial real estate lending transactions. He represents a variety of financial institutions and other institutional clients in connection with single-lender as well as agented, multi-lender syndicated commercial real estate financing transactions with respect to construction, mezzanine, and permanent financing projects on a local, regional, and national basis for retail, multifamily residential, office, hotel, industrial and mixed use properties.
