About Patrick

Patrick focuses his practice on real estate finance transactions utilizing federal and state tax credits, including new markets tax credits, historic tax credits, and renewable energy tax credits. He represents major institutional tax credit investors, community development entities (CDEs), lenders, developer and nonprofits in connection with commercial, industrial, office, mixed-use, and retail properties, medical office buildings, hotels, and renewable energy facilities, as well as financing for operating businesses.

Patrick also has experience in a variety of business litigation matters, including contract, corporate governance, breach of fiduciary duty, and in cases alleging fraud and other business torts.

Patrick participated in the 2015-2016 Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Future Leaders Program. Prior to attending law school, he worked for three years at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
