About Paul
Paul is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Finance practice. He regularly represents banks and other financial institutions in structuring and documenting corporate finance transactions on a local, regional, and national basis, with a concentration on asset-based lending, technology, leveraged finance, equipment finance, and cash flow lending.
Prior to joining Riemer & Braunstein, Paul represented clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters. He also served as a law clerk to the justices of the New Hampshire Superior Court in Hillsborough County from 2012–2014.
