Paul practices in the areas of corporate finance, business, and real estate law, and has extensive experience in problem loan resolution and debt restructuring on both a national and regional level. He concentrates on representing lenders in financing transactions and regularly handles a wide range of lending transactions for institutional clients. Paul has represented the agent and letter of credit issuer in multi-lender project finance, bond finance, retail finance, and real estate transactions on both a regional and national basis.
