David maintains a diverse real estate practice, with particular experience in the area of financing, where he represents lenders, borrowers, and investors. David’s clients include financial institutions, private equity funds, REITS, and individual entrepreneurs in a broad range of sophisticated real estate finance transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine lending, construction and permanent financing, preferred equity investments and joint ventures, sales, acquisitions and development, workouts and restructuring, and commercial leasing. David has extensive commercial multifamily real estate finance experience representing institutional lenders who originate loans for sale to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in the secondary mortgage market.
