Elizabeth is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance group where she represents banks and other financial institutions. Her efforts focus on structuring, documenting, and negotiating a variety of financing transactions, including asset-based facilities, acquisition financing, and other senior secured credit facilities. Additionally, Elizabeth has worked on documenting workout and debt structuring transactions.
