Joslyeen’s practice focuses on representing various financial institutions in commercial real estate finance transactions utilizing federal and state tax credits, including low-income housing tax credits, new markets tax credits, historic tax credits, and renewable energy tax credits. She represents major institutional tax credit investors, community development entities (CDEs), lenders, developer and nonprofits in connection with commercial, industrial, office, mixed-use, and retail properties, medical office buildings, hotels, and renewable energy facilities.
