About Mary Beth

Mary Beth concentrates her practice in the area of community development finance with a primary focus on transactions financed by new markets tax credits (NMTC), low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTC). She has experience representing investors, community development entities (CDEs), lenders and developers, including qualified active low-income community businesses (QALICBs), in structuring, negotiating and closing a variety of real estate development projects, including community health centers, educational facilities, grocery stores, commercial and residential real estate, and other community facilities. Mary Beth also has experience advising clients in connection with structuring and compliance matters related to transactions utilizing the opportunity zone incentive.

Mary Beth participated in the 2019-2020 Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Leadership Program.
