About Steven
Steven M. Klein is a senior partner in the firm’s Real Estate Finance and Real Estate/Business Law Groups and is the managing partner of the firm’s Miami office. Steve’s practice focuses on the representation of institutional lenders in connection with all aspects of real estate financing, including acquisition, construction, development, mezzanine and permanent loans, loan participations and syndications, and multi-property and multi-state financing transactions.
In addition, Steve regularly represents clients in the purchase, sale, financing and development of commercial real estate projects. Steve also has extensive experience with loan modifications, workouts, restructurings, loan sales and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure.
