Anthony has served as counsel to secured lenders in structuring and documenting lending transactions and advising secured lenders in complex workout matters, including debtor in possession and cash collateral facilities. Anthony also has performed transactional work in numerous cases with sellers, purchasers, lenders, and secured and unsecured creditors of financially troubled companies, non-judicial restructurings, and Chapter 11 reorganizations throughout the United States.

• Represented agent and syndicate of senior secured lenders in structuring, documenting, and closing $300 million financing facility for national retailer
• Represented agent and lenders in documenting $25 million asset-based loan facility for national luggage retailer
• Represented secured lender in structuring, documenting, and closing $30 million financing facility for cable television company
• Represented senior secured lender in complex bankruptcy and restructuring of $35 million in receivables and real estate facilities of timeshare company
• Represented hedge fund in complex bankruptcy and restructuring of software enterprise
• Represented hedge fund in claims trading activities
• Represented numerous buyers and sellers of distressed assets in bankruptcy cases
